Membership Dues

Section 3 of Article 9 of the 2022 Amended Consitution of ALSI, outlines regulations on Membership Dues as follow:

All officials and members of ALSI shall pay monthly dues, an amount to be reviewed and determined on a periodic or annual basis, which shall be the primary source of income of the organization.

  • a) All officers elected shall on oath of office and throughout their tenure of office pay a monthly due of 350 rupees to the Association.

  • b) All Provincial presidents of every college/university and Executive Members shall pay monthly dues of 300 rupees and heads of Standing Committees shall pay 250 rupees monthly due to the Association.

  • c) All students and members of this Association shall pay monthly dues of 50 rupees.

  • d) Upon coming into force of this constitution, due owed to the Association shall be forwarded to the next academic year as an arrear due to the Association.

  • e) All delinquent members shall be required to pay their full arrears and current due to be considered a member in good standing.
