Patrick Smarto Sicarr, born on May 24, 2002, in Monrovia, Liberia, is a dedicated student leader and a passionate advocate for academic excellence and community development. Raised in the vibrant capital city of Liberia, Patrick developed an early interest in technology, which has driven his academic and professional pursuits.

He holds a diploma in Computer Operations, a foundation that laid the groundwork for his current academic journey. Patrick is presently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at CT University, India, where he continues to excel academically and engage actively in student leadership.

As the Student Representative of the CT University Local Chapter of the Association of Liberian Students in India (ALSI), Patrick plays a vital role in fostering unity among Liberian students and serving as a bridge between students and the ALSI leadership. His commitment to advocacy, collaboration, and support for his peers exemplifies his dedication to empowering fellow Liberian students abroad.
