Rabasco Tugbeh Chie was born on January 28, 1995, in Grandcess, Grand Kru County, Liberia. A passionate advocate for positive change, he has always demonstrated an unwavering commitment to justice and equity.
Currently, Rabasco is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Agronomy, furthering his expertise in agricultural sciences with the aim of contributing to sustainable agricultural development. His academic pursuits are rooted in a deep desire to enhance food security and improve livelihoods through innovative agricultural practices.
Beyond his academic endeavors, Rabasco is an activist deeply involved in revolutionary movements. He has consistently sought to champion the cause of righteousness and fair practices, embodying the spirit of leadership and advocacy.
As the Deputy Speaker of the House of Parliament for the Association of Liberian Students in India (ALSI), Rabasco plays a pivotal role in representing and advocating for the interests of Liberian students.
