Winston F. Toddeh, a dynamic leader and dedicated scholar, currently serves as the Chief Clerk at the 3rd House of Parliament (HOP) of the Association of Liberian Students in India (ALSI). He also holds the esteemed position of President of the ALSI Local Chapter at Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

Born on November 11, 1990, Winston hails from Grand Kru County, Liberia, and was raised in Maryland County. His journey of academic excellence and community service began at Pleebo High School, where he graduated in 2009, earning both his High School Diploma and WAEC Certificate.

In 2017, Winston achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education with a specialization in Chemistry from William V. S. Tubman University, a prestigious institution in Maryland County, Liberia. This accomplishment marked the beginning of his career as an educator and leader, contributing significantly to the development of young minds.

Eager to further enhance his expertise, Winston is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Uttaranchal University, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. He embarked on this academic journey in August 2023, aiming to integrate strategic management principles with his leadership skills to effect meaningful change.

Beyond academics, Winston is recognized for his unwavering commitment to the Liberian student community in India. As Chief Clerk of the 3rd HOP, he plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, advocating for student welfare, and ensuring organizational efficiency. His presidency of the ALSI Local Chapter at Uttaranchal University further underscores his dedication to serving as a unifying figure and a source of inspiration for his peers.
